FALCONS FALL TO SAINTS AT ‘THE BENZ’ ON THANKSGIVING

The Atlanta Falcons fell to the New Orleans Saints 26-18 on Thursday night at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.  The Saints secured a third consecutive NFC South title with the win, and the Falcons are in last place of the division.  The teams split their season series at 1-1.

Taysom Hill notched a 3-yard touchdown catch for New Orleans in the third quarter and contributed another TD with a 30-yard run in the second.

Atlanta was without Julio Jones, who has been sidelined by a shoulder injury.  Matt Ryan was sacked nine times.

The Falcons have fallen to 3-9 on the 2019 season.  They will remain at home to host the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, December 8th at 1 pm.
