HAWKS SNAP 10-GAME LOSING SKID WITH WIN OVER WARRIORS

The Atlanta Hawks snapped a 10-game losing skid on Monday night with a 104-79 win over the Golden State Warriors at the State Farm Arena. Golden  State is now the lone possessor of the worst record in the NBA at 4-18 so far  for the 2019-2020 season.

Trae Young led the charge for Atlanta with 24 points.  De’Andre Hunter had 18 points, while Damian Jones notched 16 points.  Alex Len tallied 11 points off the bench.

The Warriors were led in scoring by Eric Paschall with 24 points.  Alec Burks added 15 points.  Golden State was without Stephen Curry, along with some other notable players.

The Hawks have improved to 5-16 on the season.  They will remain at home to face the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday night at 7:30 pm.
