JANUARY? REALLY? DOESN’T FEEL LIKE IT…
It may be late January, but it certainly won’t feel like it today in Rome and Northwest Georgia. The National Weather Service predicts a high of 68 today with a 20 percent chance of showers. Areas of fog are expected through 11 am. A 30 percent chance of showers tonight will turn into showers and thunderstorms after 4 am tomorrow with overnight lows of 59. Windy conditions are anticipated with winds possibly gusting as high as 35 miles per hour tonight. Severe thunderstorms are expected for tomorrow.
