NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS FOR PETS?

We all talk about making New Year’s resolutions for ourselves this time of year, but what about making New Year’s resolutions for our pets?  This may not be such a bad idea if Rover needs to lose a few extra pounds, according to Dr. Dan Pate with the West Rome Animal Clinic.  Dr. Pate says that other possible New Year’s resolutions for our pets include keeping them current on their vaccinations, having their teeth cleaned regularly and applying flea and tick preventatives, even in the winter months.
