HAWKS WRAP UP HOMESTAND WITH LOSS TO GRIZZLIES

The Atlanta Hawks wrapped up a four-game homestand on Monday evening with a loss to the Memphis Grizzlies 127-88 at State Farm Arena.

Nine of Memphis’ players scored into the double digits. Gorgui Dieng led the charge with 17 points off the bench, along with 10 rebounds.

Trae Young scored a game-high 19 points for Atlanta, who saw a three-game winning streak come to an end.

The Hawks have fallen to 19-44 on the season. They will return to action on Friday night up in Washington DC with an outing against the Wizards; tip off is slated for 7 pm. It will be followed this Saturday night with another match versus the Grizzlies in Memphis.
