UPDATE 4/4/20 (7:00 P.M.): CONFIRMED COVID-19 CASES RISE TO 6383 STATEWIDE, 208 DEATHS NOW REPORTED

The Georgia Department of Public Health has reported that there have been 6383 confirmed cases of COVID-19 across the state as of 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 4, 2020. Floyd County has 80 confirmed cases and 3 deaths at the time of this report.  Bartow County has 160 confirmed cases with 7 deaths reported.  Polk County has 18 confirmed cases and Chattooga County has 3.  There have been 208 deaths related to the coronavirus in Georgia.

The counties in Georgia with the highest confirmed cases are Fulton (959), Dougherty (685), Dekalb (539), Cobb (453), and Gwinnett (400).
