The Noon Optimist Club of Rome, GA will again ‘flip for youth’ during their 65th annual Pancake Breakfast, set for Saturday, November 22nd from 6 am to 11 am at the Rome Civic Center.
Daniel Bosarge, chairman, enthuses that the breakfast is a pre-Thanksgiving tradition for the community and the club’s only fundraiser of the year.
Attendees will enjoy a great breakfast at a great value, according to longtime club member Scott Moody.
Event proceeds will support local youth, primarily through grants for local organizations geared towards youth, scholarships, and recognition programs like Student of the Month, says Bosarge.
Tickets for the Noon Optimist Club of Rome, GA’s Pancake Breakfast may be purchased for $8 each in advance at the Georgia’s Rome Gift Shop in the caboose near the Civic Center or from any club member. They will also be available at the door for $9 each. There will also be one-pound packages of sausage for sale at a cost of $6.
