Many local non-profit organizations have needs and seek contributions from the public as we approach the holiday season.
The Family Resource Center is happy to accept cash donations, according to Tina Bartleson, Executive Director. She adds that diapers are also needed at the center for the families that it serves.
Contributions will support the FRC’s mission of child abuse prevention.
The FRC serves an average of 100 families per year with in-home services and an average of 250 families per year with its First Steps program, states Bartleson, who adds that its new Lantern text messaging service currently has about 700 subscribers.
