Local high school football teams take the field over the weekend in the first round of the 2025 GHSA state playoffs.
WLAQ 1410 AM and 96.9 FM will provide coverage of Darlington football tonight as the Tigers head to Augusta to face the Aquinas Fightin’ Irish.
Darlington’s head football coach Wayne Groves told WLAQ Sports that his team should not take for granted this opportunity to head to the playoffs and perhaps extend their season.
