Katie Dempsey of Rome, who represents Georgia’s 13th District in the state House of Representatives, asserts that the best time to reach out to lawmakers is right now, before the 2020 session of the Georgia General Assembly begins on Monday, January 13th. She adds that she would prefer that her constituents contact her by phone rather than email.
