HAWKS FALL TO BULLS IN CHICAGO

The Atlanta Hawks wrapped up a three game road trip 1-2 with a loss to the Chicago Bulls 136-102 on Wednesday night in Chicago. GHC MEN’S AND WOMEN’S BASKETBALL TEAMS SWEEP A TWIN BILL

Georgia Highlands College’s men’s and women’s basketball teams nabbed a pair of victories at home on Wednesday evening, according to a GHC sports release. UGA’S KIRBY SMART, MATT LUKE PAID A VISIT TO DARLINGTON

THREE BRAVES NAMED TO FIRST-EVER ALL-MLB TEAM

SLOAN SELECTED AS HEAD SOFTBALL COACH FOR GHC

GEORGIA TO TAKE ON BAYLOR IN SUGAR BOWL

No. 5 Georgia will face No. 8 Baylor in the Sugar Bowl on New Year’s Day in New Orleans.  Both of the teams are 11-2 after being handed losses in their conference championship games on Saturday; Georgia fell to LSU 37-10, and Baylor lost to Oklahoma 30-23.    read more »
