Advance voting continues this week for the November 5th municipal election at the Floyd County Health Department, 16 East 12th Street in Rome.
Six posts on the Rome City Commission will be filled in this election. Voters will also determine the fate of a referendum that, if passed, would allow local restaurants to start selling alcohol at 11 am (rather than the current 12:30 pm) on Sundays.
Early voting will be offered every week day from 8 am to 5 pm until Friday, November 1st.
