HAWKS END ROAD TRIP OUT WEST WITH LOSS TO LAKERS

The Atlanta Hawks wrapped up a five-game road trip out west with a loss to the Los Angeles Lakers 122-101 on Sunday night at the Staples Center in LA.  It was the Hawks’ second loss in a row at the City of Angels, as they also fell to the Clippers on Saturday night.

LeBron James led the charge for the Lakers with a game high 33 points to go with 12 assists.

Trae Young notched a team-high 31 points for the Hawks, who finished their road trip 1-4.

The Hawks are now 4-9 overall for the 2019-2020 regular season.  They will get back in action at the State Farm Arena this Wednesday night with a match against the Milwaukee Bucks; tip off is set for 7:30 pm.
