HOLIDAY CHEER CONTINUES – ON ICE – AT THE FORUM ON ICE

Holiday cheer continues – on ice – at the Forum River Center in downtown Rome.  The Forum On Ice has been open for a little more than a month now. It has hosted a flurry of field trips, parties and other special events, indicates Thomas Kislat, Sales Manager, who asserts that it has been a major draw to Rome and Floyd County for people from all around the region.  Kislat urges  locals (and visitors) to enjoy some fun at the ice rink during the holidays; the Forum On Ice remains open until January 6th, 2020.

A number of events are scheduled to take place at the Forum On Ice over the weeks to come, adds Kislat.  These include the Rome Curling Experience to be hosted by the Atlanta Curling Club on Saturday. A Rock ‘N Roll Christmas Party featuring the band Easy will take place on Saturday night. There will be a New Year’s Eve party at the rink on the evening of December 31st, at which TJ Cochran will provide musical entertainment.

In addition to the ice rink, the Forum On Ice features a 100-foot ice slide this year.  For hours and additional information, visit www.forumrivercenter.com or search for the Forum River Center on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
