A Georgia Northwestern Technical College graduate was recently employed by SpaceX. Dusty Powell, who holds two degrees from GNTC, has taken his ‘dream job’ as a Maintenance Technician for the aerospace company, reports a release from the college.
Powell took the lessons he learned from GNTC over to SpaceX. He asserts, “Everything I did in class was hands-on and relevant to my field. I use this stuff every day.”
SpaceX is headquartered in Hawthorne, California. This company designs, manufactures and launches advanced rockets and spacecraft.
