JSL OF ROME URGES NON-PROFITS TO APPLY FOR COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

The Junior Service League of Rome aims to partner up with local non-profits that serve the women and children of Rome and Floyd County. Applications for the JSL Community Partnership Program are being accepted now through February 10th for the 2020-2021 league year.

Catherine Jackson, current league president, states that interested parties may learn more and apply for the program online at www.jslofrome.com. Each of next year’s partners will be chosen this Spring.

During the upcoming league year, JSL members will provide assistance to its Community Partners via various service projects and member drives, as well as external placements through which members volunteer time and assistance at selected non-profit organizations.

If you are connected to a local non-profit that is doing great things for ladies and kids in this community, Jackson enthuses that the Junior Service League of Rome would like to help!

Applications received after the February 10th deadline will not be considered. Each selected non-profit must be a 501(c)(3) organization.
