A FLURRY OF ACTIVITY AHEAD FOR CAVE SPRING IN 2020

The people of Cave Spring look forward to a flurry of activities this year. In addition to traditional events, a few new things will be added to the calendar in 2020. That list could potentially include a block party on the square, says Sandra Lindsey, Executive Director of Cave Spring Downtown Development Authority. The party would be held in April.

The Cave Spring Historical Society may revive the Christmas Tour of Homes at end of this year, adds Lindsey; stay tuned for confirmation.

Tried and true events – such as Bacon Fest – will be return for 2020, enthuses Lindsey.

Lindsey urges the public to mark their calendars for Sunday, February 9th –that is the date of Super Museum Sunday, an initiative hosted by the Georgia Historical Society. Many historic locations around Cave Spring will be open that day, free of charge to visitors.
