The Atlanta Braves fell to the Tampa Bay Rays 5-2 in an interleague Spring Training match at CoolToday Park in North Port, FL on Tuesday.
Atlanta nabbed a brief 2-1 lead in the bottom of the sixth inning on a two-run homer from Austin Riley. But Tampa Bay notched four runs in the top of the eighth to eventually secure the victory.
The Braves will be in Bradenton, FL this afternoon to take on the Pittsburgh Pirates. First pitch is set for 1:05 pm.
