UPDATE 3/22/20 (NOON): CONFIRMED COVID-19 CASES RISE TO 600 STATEWIDE, 23 DEATHS NOW REPORTED

The Georgia Department of Public Health has reported that there have been 600 confirmed cases of COVID-19 across the state as of noon Sunday. Floyd County has 9 confirmed cases at the time of this report.  There have been 23 deaths related to the coronavirus. The counties in Georgia with the highest confirmed cases are Fulton (108), Cobb (61), and Bartow (57).

The DPH is now updating the COVID-19 daily status report twice daily at noon and at 7 pm. It is available online at www.dph.georgia.gov.
