UPDATE 3/27/20 (7:00 P.M.): CONFIRMED COVID-19 CASES RISE TO 2198 STATEWIDE, 65 DEATHS NOW REPORTED

The Georgia Department of Public Health has reported that there have been 2198 confirmed cases of COVID-19 across the state as of 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2020. Floyd County has 25 confirmed cases at the time of this report.  There have been 65 deaths related to the coronavirus. The counties in Georgia with the highest confirmed cases are Fulton (348), Dekalb (219), Dougherty (203), Cobb (163), Gwinnett (121) and Bartow (107)
