Floyd Medical Center went live on Facebook on Wednesday with an update on its response to the coronavirus; that video is still featured on their page for anyone who wishes to watch it in its entirety. Floyd CEO Kurt Stuenkel was joined by Chief of Patient Services Sheila Bennett and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ken Jones to provide the update.
More prayer vigils were held at both Floyd and Redmond Regional Medical Centers on Wednesday night. Participants once again remained in their cars to observe social distancing.
