COMMUNITIES IN SCHOOLS OF ROME/FLOYD COUNTY REACHES OUT TO LOCAL HEALTHCARE WORKERS ON THE FRONT LINES IN THE BATTLE AGAINST COVID-19

Communities in Schools of Rome and Floyd County has been reaching out to those who are on the front lines in the battle against COVID-19.

Gregory Wooten, CIS Executive Director, enthuses that his organization has provided lunches to local healthcare workers in recent days, as well as snacks to Rome and Floyd County Schools’ nutrition departments.

Wooten adds that CIS is also working with the local schools to ensure that all students have the supplies that they need at this time.
