UPDATE 4/13/20 (7:00 P.M.): CONFIRMED COVID-19 CASES RISE TO 13,621 STATEWIDE, 480 DEATHS NOW REPORTED

The Georgia Department of Public Health has reported that there have been 13,621 confirmed cases of COVID-19 across the state as of 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 13, 2020. There have been 480 deaths related to the coronavirus in Georgia.  Floyd County has 118 confirmed cases and 6 deaths at the time of this report.  Bartow County has 223 confirmed cases with 17 deaths reported.  Polk County has 25 confirmed cases and Chattooga County has 7 with 1 reported death.  Gordon County has 41 confirmed cases with 3 reported deaths.

The counties in Georgia with the highest confirmed cases are Fulton (1635), Dougherty (1245), Dekalb (1006), Cobb (816), and Gwinnett (766).
