Rome City Schools Superintendent Louis Byars took to Facebook on Sunday to share his plans for the school system as in-person instruction is over for the year due to coronavirus. Some highlights – beginning on April 27th, there will not be any new graded assignments for students. In addition, graduation plans for the Class of 2020 will be finalized on May 1st.
