MORE THAN 1,600 GEORGIANS HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS

Over 1,600 people in Georgia have lost their lives due to coronavirus, per the state Department of Public Health.

According to the latest report by the DPH, there were 37,552 confirmed cases of COVID-19 across Georgia as of 7 pm on Sunday night. There were 1,609 deaths related to the coronavirus. In Floyd County, there were 180 confirmed cases and 13 deaths. Fulton County reported the highest number of confirmed cases with 3,759 and the highest number of fatalities with 165.
