Keep Rome-Floyd Beautiful continues its mission to clean up the community, although execution of this mission looks a little different that it has in the past because of the coronavirus.
Emma Wells, KRFB Director, asserts that large clean-up events are on hold at this time. However, her organization will provide assistance and resources to any family or other group that would like to hold a clean-up of their own.
Community members recently organized a clean-up in Chubbtown near Cave Spring for which KRFB provided assistance, adds Wells. Organizing a clean-up event anywhere in Floyd County is as easy as contacting KRFB.
