Habitat for Humanity of Coosa Valley will host a Grand Opening for the new location of their ReStore at 504 East 1st Avenue in Rome (just behind Central Plaza) on Saturday, July 25th from 9 am until 2 pm. Betsy Allgood, Executive Director of Habitat, encourages the public to join this celebration and save 25 percent off their purchases at ReStore, which is stocked with holiday items to also celebrate “Christmas in July”.
Allgood adds that ReStore also sells furniture, bedding, appliances and other home goods, all donated by Habitat supporters.
Traffic has been steady at this new location ever since it opened back on July 7th, indicates Allgood.
Proceeds from the ReStore go toward Habitat for Humanity of Coosa Valley efforts to build affordable homes for people in need around Floyd, Chattooga, and Polk Counties, asserts Allgood.
