NEW ROUND OF APPLICATIONS NOW ACCEPTED FOR THE CITY’S SMALL BUSINESS ASSISTANCE EMERGENCY GRANT PROGRAM

The City of Rome is providing via its Community Development Department operating assistance to small businesses that are in jeopardy as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent public safety measures, this is according to a City of Rome media release. The program is designed to offer relief to those that have been negatively impacted by the self-isolating period. These grant funds have been approved and released by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Applications are being accepted for the remaining funds until they have been exhausted. The application and instructions are available on the coronavirus updates page at www.romefloyd.com.
