GEORGIA EXCEEDS 200,000 CASES OF CORONAVIRUS

The number of coronavirus cases across Georgia has exceeded 200,000, per the state Department of Public Health.

According to the latest report from the DPH just before 3 pm on Wednesday afternoon, there have been 201,713 confirmed cases of COVID-19 statewide. A total of 3,984 fatalities have been attributed to the virus. In Floyd County, 1,353 confirmed cases and now 16 fatalities. Fulton County had the highest number of confirmed cases with 18,996 and the most deaths with 407.
