MORE THAN 3,000 NEW CASES OF CORONAVIRUS REPORTED ON SUNDAY IN GEORGIA

Over 3,000 new cases of coronavirus were reported in Georgia on Sunday by the state Department of Public Health.

According to the latest report by the DPH issued just before 3 pm, there have been 216,596 confirmed cases of COVID-19 across the state. A total of 4,199 fatalities have been attributed to the virus. In Floyd County, there were 1,504 confirmed cases and 17 fatalities. Fulton County reported the highest number of confirmed cases with 20,276 and the most deaths with 430.
