BRAVES/NATIONALS FINALE POSTPONED DUE TO RAIN

The Atlanta Braves’ game against the Washington Nationals which had been scheduled for Wednesday night has been postponed due to rain in Atlanta. It will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Friday, September 4th, at which time the Nationals will return to Truist Park.

The Braves have a scheduled night off tonight. They will return to action this weekend with a three-game set at home against another National League East rival, the Philadelphia Phillies. Atlanta currently holds a 14-11 record and leads the NL East by a game and a half over the Miami Marlins.
