Do you have prescription drugs of which you need to dispose safely? Hang onto them through October 10th! On that day, Floyd Against Drugs will team up with the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and Floyd Medical Center to host a Drug Drop. The event will take place at the Floyd Corporate Support Center, 420 East Second Avenue, according to Dale Styers, the Executive Director of Floyd Against Drugs.
Styers adds that participants in the Drug Drop will not even have to exit their vehicles.
The Floyd Against Drugs’ Murder Mystery Dinner has been rescheduled for March 18, 2021 at the Forum River Center. “A Retired Super Hero Reunion To Die For” was originally scheduled to take place this past March, but it was postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak.
