OVER 306,000 GEORGIANS HAVE (OR HAVE HAD) CORONAVIRUS

Over 306,000 people in Georgia have (or have had) the coronavirus, per the state Department of Public Health, which reported 1,145 new cases and just three virus-related deaths on Sunday.

According to the latest report by the DPH issued just before 3 pm, there have been 306,155 confirmed cases of COVID-19 across the state. A total of 6,602 fatalities have been attributed to the virus. In Floyd County, there were 2,975 confirmed cases and 40 deaths. Fulton County had the state’s highest number of confirmed cases with 26,992 and the most fatalities with 564.
