LINDSEY TO RETIRE AS CAVE SPRING DDA DIRECTOR EFFECTIVE ON OCTOBER 23RD

Sandra Lindsey has announced that after seven years of service, she plans to retire from her post as the Executive Director of the Cave Spring Downtown Development Authority, effective October 23rd.

Upon her retirement, Lindsey asserts that she intends to spend more time on personal projects and enjoy adventures with her husband.

Lindsey adds that she will remain involved as a volunteer with Cave Spring’s projects and activities.

Cave Spring has really blossomed over the years that Lindsey has served as the DDA Director. This was the result of a team effort, attests Lindsey, who adds that meeting visitors and newcomers to Cave Spring have been among the most rewarding parts of her job.

The search for Lindsey’s successor is on hold for now, largely because of the coronavirus pandemic.

This will be a second retirement for Lindsey, who spent quite a few years as a banker before becoming the Cave Spring DDA Director.
