Floyd County PAWS (Public Animal Welfare Services) invites all Romans to load up their pups and head over to the dog park at Ridge Ferry Park, located on Riverside Parkway, for Howl-O-Ween. The free event is scheduled for this evening from 5 pm until 7 pm.
Jeff Mitchell, PAWS Director, states that Howl-O-Ween will feature contests, along with a microchip clinic and silent auction to benefit PAWS.
Pet owners are encouraged by Mitchell to bring pups in costume to this safe, socially distanced event.
