JUST ONE COVID-19 RELATED FATALITY REPORTED IN GEORGIA ON SUNDAY BY THE DPH

Just one COVID-19-related fatality was reported on Sunday by the Georgia Department of Public Health, along with 1,320 confirmed cases of the virus statewide.

According to the latest report by the DPH issued just before 3 pm, there have been 350,923 confirmed cases of COVID-19 across the state. A total of 7,809 fatalities have been attributed to the virus. In Floyd County, there were 3,896 confirmed cases and 59 deaths. Fulton County had the state’s highest number of confirmed cases with 30,838 and the most deaths with 618.
