Runners and walkers are invited to lace up their shoes for the annual Roman Rumble scheduled for Saturday, November 14th as a benefit for Harbor House – The Northwest Georgia Child Advocacy Center.
Joe Costolnick, the center’s Executive Director, states that precautions will be taken with regard to the participants’ safety at this in-person event, which was postponed from September due to coronavirus concerns. The race is slated to begin at 8:05 am.
Registration is available online at www.active.com; look for Roman Rumble. The cost is $25 per runner and $20 per walker. Special discounts are offered to groups. Event proceeds will fuel the Harbor House’s mission to work with children who are alleged victims of sexual and severe physical abuse.
