COOSA HIGH SCHOOL’S LAST TWO FOOTBALL GAMES OF THE ’20 REGULAR SEASON CANCELLED; TUNE INTO WLAQ 1410 AM AND 96.9 FM FOR DARLINGTON FOOTBALL THIS FRIDAY

The Coosa High School football team’s final two games of the 2020 regular season have been cancelled due to members of the CHS football team being quarantined because of COVID-19 exposure, according to an announcement by the Floyd County Schools. The Eagles were scheduled to play at Fannin County this Friday night and at home versus Pepperell on Friday, November 20th. A separate announcement will be made if the Dragons choose to pursue another opponent next week.

High school football will return to the airwaves of WLAQ 1410 AM and 96.9 FM on Friday evening as the Darlington Tigers close out their regular season on the road against Walker. Kick off is set for 7:30 pm.
