FCS OBSERVE NEW GUIDELINES BY CDC FOR THOSE IDENTIFIED AS CLOSE CONTACTS TO POSITIVE COVID-19 CASES

New COVID-19 guidelines released Wednesday by the Centers for Disease Control are now in effect for the Floyd County Schools, according to an FCS media release. The guidelines are in regard to those that have been identified as close contacts to positive COVID-19 cases using symptom monitoring and diagnostic testing. Options are offered to potentially shorten quarantine. The update from the CDC may be viewed on the Floyd County Schools, Georgia Facebook page.
