The Rome Area History Center has resumed regular hours of 10 am to 5 pm each Tuesday through Saturday. Masks are required at the center, located at 305 Broad Street, asserts Kristi Kent, the Director of Communications for the Georgia’s Rome Office of Tourism, who adds that admission is free.
Kent additionally encourages all visitors to the Rome Area History Center to check out its gift shop for goodies handcrafted by locals and Georgia’s Rome souvenirs. For more information, call (706) 235-8051.
