The Atlanta Hawks were defeated by the Dallas Mavericks 122-116 at the State Farm Arena on Wednesday night; it marked the second straight loss for the Hawks.
John Collins led all players in scoring with 35 points for Atlanta; he also contributed 12 rebounds. Trae Young and Kevin Huerter each scored 21 points; Huerter also had 10 assists.
Luka Doncic scored a team-high 27 points for Dallas, which ended a six-game losing streak.
The Hawks have now fallen to 10-11 on the regular season. They’ll host the Utah Jazz tonight at 7:30 pm.
