The Open Door Children’s Home is celebrating the month of love. Activities include a Valentines Day gathering scheduled for this Friday, enthuses Jessica Richards, Development Specialist.
Romantic relationships are forged from time to time among the youth served by the home, according to Tracie Ball, Executive Director. After all, she says, they are teenagers.
Two people once served by the home are now married with kids of their own. Richards says that their story will be shared this Valentines Day via the Open Door Children’s Home’s Facebook page.
