HAWKS FALL TO KNICKS IN NYC

The Atlanta Hawks were defeated by the New York Knicks 123-112 in NBA action at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Monday night; it was the fourth straight loss for the Hawks.

Julius Randle notched a season-high 44 points for the Knicks, who swept the two-game season series between the teams.

Trae Young had a team-high 23 points for the Hawks, who have lost seven of their last eight games.

The Hawks are now 11-16 on the 2020-21 regular season. They will play the first of two games in Boston versus the Celtics on Wednesday night; tip off is set for 7:30 pm.
