GOVERNOR KEMP ANNOUNCES EXPANDED VACCINE ELIGIBILITY EFFECTIVE MARCH 15TH

Governor Brian Kemp announced on Wednesday the expanded eligibilty for COVID-19 vaccinations. Effective on March 15th, the criteria will expand to include people aged 55 and older and individuals with disabilities and certain medical conditions. Kemp hopes to make the vaccine available to each adult Georgian in early April.

The Governor made his announcement during a press conference at the State Capitol in Atlanta, for which he was joined by Georgia Department of Public Health Commissioner Dr. Kathleen E.
