RPD CHIEF DENISE DOWNER-MCKINNEY APPOINTED TO STATE’S CRIMINAL JUSTICE COORDINATING COUNCIL

Denise Downer-McKinney, Chief of the Rome Police Department, has been appointed to Georgia’s Criminal Justice Coordinating Council by Governor Brian Kemp, as indicated in an announcement from the Governor’s office on Monday. Downer-McKinney has been with the RPD since February of 1985 and has moved up through the ranks over the years.
