BRAVES BACK AT TRUIST PARK FOR WEEKEND SERIES AGAINST THE DIAMONDBACKS

The Atlanta Braves had the day off on Thursday and will return to Truist Park tonight to open up a seven-game homestand with the first of three-games in a weekend series against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Huascar Ynoa will serve as the starting pitcher for Atlanta, while Luke Weaver will head to the mound for Arizona. The first pitch is scheduled for 7:20 pm. The Braves went 3-2 on a road trip which began in Chicago last weekend and ended with a 4-1 victory in New York over the Yankees on Wednesday night.

Atlanta’s record currently stands at 8-10 for the 2021 season. Their weekend series against the Diamondbacks will be followed by a four-game set against the Chicago Cubs next Monday through Thursday at Truist Park.
