The Georgia’s Rome Office of Tourism and Rome Sports would like to announce the 2021 USATF National Youth Outdoor Championships will be held in Rome June 23-26. The event will take place at Historic Barron Stadium and the throw center on Riverside Parkway.
This national event will draw participants from across the United States. 8,000 student athletes have registered for the event; athletes will stay in Rome and surrounding communities. Athletes will participate in running, throwing, and jumping events daily.
Daily admission is $12 for adults, $8 for children ages 7-12 and free for children 6 and under. Tickets can be purchased at the Barron Stadium Box Office Monday, June 21 from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Tuesday, June 22 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; the box office will also be open daily during the event.
