ROME BRAVES FALL TO BOWLING GREEN HOT RODS, IN SPITE OF HELP FROM MAJOR LEAGUER TOUKI TOUSSAINT

The Rome Braves fell to the Bowling Green Hot Rods 7-3 on Tuesday night to open up a six-game series at State Mutual Stadium. Atlanta pitcher Touki Toussaint, in town on a rehab assignment, gave up one run (a home run in the second) and one hit, walked one, and struck out two in three innings of work. The Braves will face the Hot Rods again today at 1 pm.
