HABITAT FOR HUMANITY – COOSA VALLEY’S RESTORE ABOUT TO CELEBRATE ONE YEAR AT ITS CURRENT LOCATION

The Habitat for Humanity – Coosa Valley’s ReStore is about to celebrate one year of being at its current location at 504 East First Avenue in Rome. It will mean savings for shoppers of up to 35 percent off each total purchase on July 6th through 10th, says Betsy Allgood, Habitat’s Executive Director. Additional sales will include a 10 percent discount for all military and public servants (in celebration of Independence Day ) from July 6th to 31st and Christmas in July savings of 50 percent on Christmas décor from July 13th to 17th.

Proceeds from the ReStore will go towards Habitat’s next two builds; both of their partner families will be announced at the organization’s Annual Meeting set for August 23rd at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church.

Allgood is thankful for community support of the ReStore; she attests that it makes a difference.

Habitat for Humanity – Coosa Valley will also benefit from a Spirit Night at the Rome Braves game on Saturday, July 31st at State Mutual Stadium.
