The Rome Braves were off on Monday and will return to action this evening at home versus the Bowling Green Hot Rods. First pitch is slated for 7 pm at State Mutual Stadium.
Rome outfielder Jesse Franklin picked up a pair of honors on Monday; those were inclusion into the MLB Pipeline’s Prospect Team of the Week and being named the High-A East Player of the Week for June 28th through July 4th.
